Question 1

Do I need to buy Scoupes hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. Scoupes Screens runs in a browser. Use an existing TV, tablet, laptop, browser-connected display, or other compatible screen.

Question 2

How does pairing work?

Accepted Answer

Open scoupesscreens.com/screens on the display itself. It shows a short code. Sign in on your phone or computer and enter that code to pair the screen.

Question 3

Do I create an account on ScoupesScreens.com?

Accepted Answer

No. You create one Scoupes Screens account here and it covers screens, promotions, tracking, commissions, and payouts.

Question 4

How is a screen credited for a sale?

Accepted Answer

Every screen has its own tracking code. When someone scans that screen's QR code and completes a qualifying transaction inside the attribution window, the conversion is credited to that screen.

Question 5

What is an attribution window?

Accepted Answer

It is the time limit for counting a sale as caused by a scan — for example 24 hours or 7 days. The campaign owner sets it in advance.

Question 6

Can I control which campaigns appear?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Screen Partners approve or restrict campaign categories. On the Private Location plan there is no third-party campaign obligation at all.

Question 7

How much can I earn?

Accepted Answer

There is no guaranteed amount. Each campaign owner sets the reward per qualifying conversion in advance, and earnings depend on valid attribution, completed qualifying transactions, and refund and fraud rules.

Question 8

Do promoters earn when an event shows on a screen?

Accepted Answer

No. Promoters do not earn merely because an event appears on a screen. Promoter earnings are limited, recruitment-based overrides that apply only where eligibility rules are met.

Question 9

What does the Screens Promoter Membership cost?

Accepted Answer

$19.99/month for every 10 screens you recruit. It adds recruiting tools, a promoter network, campaign tools, tracking, and recruiter-override eligibility.

Question 10

Are campaigns reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Campaigns are reviewed before distribution, and participants are responsible for relevant permits, licenses, tax obligations, insurance, content rights, platform rules, and local law.

Question 11

When do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Payouts are requested from your Earnings page once you reach $50, after attribution is validated and refund, cancellation, chargeback, and fraud review conditions are satisfied.

Question 12

Can I use a screen in my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Passenger-facing screens only, mounted so they never obstruct the driver's view or controls. Never interact with a screen while driving, and follow all traffic laws and the rules of any platform you drive for.

Question 13

What is Scoupes Access?

Accepted Answer

A membership from Scoupes that gets members line skip, reduced cover and perks at partner venues and local businesses. It's launching soon.

Question 14

How do member discounts lower my Screens price?

Accepted Answer

Give members 10% off (or a free add-on) and pay 15% less; 15% off and pay 20% less; 20% or more off and pay 25% less plus featured placement.

Question 15

What if I stop honoring the discount?

Accepted Answer

Your plan returns to standard price the next month.

Question 16

I'm on the free plan. What do I get?

Accepted Answer

The Member Perk badge, a listing in the Scoupes app's Perks tab, and priority for paid campaigns.

Question 17

Do I earn when someone joins Scoupes Access from my screen?

Accepted Answer

Question 18

Can bars and liquor stores join?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but the member discount has to be on food, merchandise or services, not alcohol.

Question 19

When does Scoupes Access launch?

Accepted Answer
